It was certainly enlightening to use tempo to cross fade well between songs. Looks like what DJs have been doing for years can work for the sound designers of today as well.
I agree with Pat in that I could play with the songs even more during the montage part as almost make a song as opposed to trying to fit them together and getting some crazy dissonance.
I wish we could actually make use of the black box speakers but I am very glad I will get to work with the show in the Mainstage where the speakers and board are simply better to work with.
